Where event teams break down today

Crew scheduled on paper

Who is working which event, what role, what time — tracked in a spreadsheet nobody checks until the morning of.

No idea who actually showed up

The shift says 6pm. Half the crew arrives at 6:15 and nobody knows until the floor is short-handed.

Hours tracked by hand

Clock-in and clock-out times are scribbled on a clipboard. Payroll takes a day to reconcile every week.

Labor costs are a guess

You know what you billed the client for staffing, but not what the event actually cost in labor — until it is too late.

How Irisen solves it

One platform, the whole event lifecycle

Staff roster & roles

Build a roster of staff with roles, hourly rates, and PINs. Assign the right crew to the right event in seconds.

Shift scheduling

Assign shifts per event with start and end times, roles, and notes. Staff see their schedule and you see who is uncovered.

Kiosk clock-in

A shared kiosk page where staff clock in and out with a 4-digit PIN. Breaks, adjustments, and audit trails included.

Time & cost tracking

Hours worked flow into a timekeeping log with rate-based cost calculations per event. Payroll and profitability in one view.

Shift reminders

Staff get a reminder before their shift. You get notified if someone has not clocked in by their start time.

Linked to event & BEO

Staffing shifts link to the event and its BEO so the kitchen, floor, and planner all know the crew count and roles.

Why teams switch

Reasons to make the move

  • Schedule crew per event with roles, rates, and shifts — not a spreadsheet
  • Kiosk clock-in with a 4-digit PIN so hours are captured, not scribbled
  • Labor cost calculated per event so you know profitability, not just billing
  • Shift reminders so no-shows surface before the floor is short-handed
  • Staffing linked to the event and BEO so everyone knows the crew count

Frequently asked questions

How does the kiosk clock-in work?+

Open the kiosk page on any shared device — tablet, phone, or laptop. Staff enter their 4-digit PIN to clock in, start a break, or clock out. Times are logged automatically.

Can I track labor costs per event?+

Yes. Each staff member has an optional hourly rate. Hours worked on an event multiply by the rate to give you a real labor cost — so you can see profitability, not just what you billed.

Can I adjust a clock-in time?+

Yes. Admins can adjust any clock event timestamp. The original time is preserved for audit, and the adjustment is logged with who changed it and when.

Does staffing link to the BEO?+

Yes. Shifts are linked to the event, so the crew count and roles appear alongside the BEO. The kitchen and floor know exactly how many staff are on-site.
